How do I access the voucher?
After purchasing the voucher online, you’ll receive an email from me with a link to download both the voucher and the Welcome Pack. I recommend emailing the Welcome Pack to your giftee after you give them the voucher, as the pack has links in it for them to access their online preparation form.
Are vouchers refundable?
No, all gift vouchers are non-refundable for change of mind purchases. Please read our full terms and conditions before purchasing. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced without proof of purchase. Your giftee can exchange their voucher, for any other service offered on the website at equal or lesser value. Any services more expensive than their voucher will be booked once the pricing difference has been paid.
How long do they have to book?
Three years! Plenty of time to decide when it’s the right time to shop!
Can they swap to the Core Wardrobe Edit, if they prefer?
Of course, this service is the same price, however, please tell your loved one to get in touch via the contact details on the voucher if they would like to swap services.
