Once you’ve purchased your voucher, you’ll be emailed within minutes with a link to a file that contains the voucher and welcome pack for the giftee. You can print or email both.

Three years from the date of purchase. If you aren’t sure when the voucher was purchased, you can email Alarna with the details of the person who gifted it to you and she can track down your original voucher purchase.
