A Dark Winter or Cool & Deep person, has obviously dark features and high contrast, with a cool undertone.
If your skin glows when you wear deep navy blues, wine reds and dark forrest greens, you might be a Deep Winter colour type. This colour palette is full of vivid dark jewel-like tones and has a vampish, mysterious feel to it.
The primary aspect of your colouring is your obvious dark features that are in contrast to your skin, second to this, you have a cool to neutral leaning undertone. Your colour palette sits between the Deep Autumn and True Winter palettes.

Features of a Dark Winter / Dark & Cool person:

Your hair will be naturally very dark. This could be dark brown, black-brown, deep ash brown or black. You are NOT blonde or have a hair colour described as medium in depth. You are not a natural redhead, and there are no natural highlights in your hair colour.
Dark Winter eyes are cool brown, dark reddish brown, black-brown or black.
Your features are high in contrast. Your skin may stand out from your dark hair and dark eyes, or your hair and eyes may be dark, like your skin, but the whites of your eyes and brightness of your teeth give you a high contrast look.
Your skin will have cool undertones that might be hard to determine. Your skin might look blue-ish or slightly pink. You might wear neutral or neutral cool foundations.
Gold vs Silver:
Dark & Cool / Deep Winter’s suit shining silvers more than gold.
You might notice that Sandra’s skin looks more vibrant in the silver, whereas in the golden mustard dress, our eyes are drawn more to the dress than Sandra.
True Winter Celebrities Example: Sandra Bullock - Dark Winter colour season.

Dark Winter Best & Worst Colours
If you suit a dark and cool palette, you’ll find deep colours with a-cool undertone to be your best options. The colours that will drain your complexion most will be very light, warm and soft (think the soft autumn and light spring palettes). Earthy colours and orange tones are your worst options.
You will find it easy to wear solid black and white, but find cream and chocolate browns to drain you.
Your Dark & Cool Colour Palette is waiting for you.
