Our One-On-One Session Includes:
YOUR ONE-ON-ONE SESSION INCLUDES
A Style Consultation:
This is a sit down, informal talk with Alarna Hope. We'll discuss your work wardrobe, work commitments and career aspirations. The consultation is a chance for Alarna to get to know you, help you understand your body shape and determine your needs.
A Colour Analysis:
Colours have an affect of everyone. Just like the colour black is associated with funerals in western cultures, other colours have a subconscious effect on the people your staff interacts with. Understand what colours to wear, not only for your skin tone but for your clients is important, for example, in South Africa, red is a colour of mourning. You wouldn't want to wear red to an initial meeting with a South African client. Our Colour Analysis session will teach your employees what colours suit them and how to wear them effectively.
A Lesson on Wardrobe:
A core work wardrobe makes your employees pre-work routine easier and less stressful. Your team members may have busy lives outside of work too, they might have children or make a long commute to work each day and the more versatile their wardrobe is, the more time they'll have for themselves in the morning. Your employees will learn what the key pieces are that make a functional, core wardrobe.
Optional- Wardrobe Review, Personal Shopping and Styling:
This is an optional component to your employees one-on-one workshop. Your employee has the option to have their own wardrobe reviewed at their home as well as take a personal shopping trip with Alarna Hope. As a professional Fashion Stylist, Alarna can assist your employees to find the most appropriate clothing to wear to work and wow your clients, customers and team.
