What are you wearing for Halloween?
Halloween is this month, the 31st of October, and if you’re like me, you’re shaking with so much excitement that you can’t even paint your nails without making your hands look like road kill. Although, if you had to make them look like road kill, halloween would be the time to do that.
With the help of my lovely team, we’ve put together a few looks to get you in the mood for Saturday night. And here they are:
Use a curling iron to make your hair wavy, slip on a boho gown and weave some flowers through your hair. If you aren’t too good with flower arrangements, you can purchase a flower crown from stores like Myer and Lovisa.
The Sad Clown
The Sad Clown is easy to create by mixing prints and adding a brooch or flower to your chest. For an extra clowny look, draw a thin line with your lipstick along your jaw bone to frame the face.
The Porcelain Doll
All you need is a pretty dress and some feminine jewellery to master your outfit. For makeup, do you make up as you normally would for a night out and then draw cracks on your face, chest and arms for a broken effect.
Wear a prominently black and white outfit with your shoulders exposed and with a black liquid liner, get a friend to help you draw lines around your wrist, elbow, shoulder and neck joints and well as your jaw and chin area. Then go over each line with a little black eye shadow like MAC’s Carbon and slightly smudge the line.
